You made it in.
Restricted Territory is where the Bandit puts things first — before the feed, before the campaign, and sometimes before anyone else knows they exist.
Private drops. Field notes. Early signals. Loose ends.
FIRST
THROUGH
THE DOOR
Restricted Territory drops won't always hang around. Some will be limited by time. Some by quantity. Some will just disappear.
When they're gone, they're gone.
FOUR
MONTHS IN
We're approaching four months into an ongoing R&D programme testing alternative vinegars across the Bandit range.
The reason is simple: getting this right opens the door to taking more of the range into retailers with stricter ingredient requirements — including expanding beyond our current Droëwors listing at Wellness Warehouse.
Early shelf-life results are looking promising. More importantly, a couple of the vinegar variations are producing a product we're genuinely excited about from a flavour perspective too.
There's still testing to complete, so we're not calling anything yet.
But it's moving in the right direction.
NEW
TERRITORY
NORFOLK DELI // SEA POINT
The Bandit has landed at Norfolk Deli in Sea Point.
It's a partnership we're particularly excited about — not only because the product is now on the shelf, but because there's a natural overlap between the Norfolk community and what we're building around Bandit.
Expect more from this one.
And keep an eye on the pastry counter.
We've heard rumours of biltong being involved.
LESS MEAT.
MORE FUEL.
Less content simply showing meat in a packet.
More focus on what the product actually does for the people eating it.
High protein. Portable. Low sugar. Built for movement.
Running. Riding. Training. Hiking. Long days. Early starts.
The next phase of Bandit is going to lean much harder into athletic performance fuel and active lifestyles across South Africa.
Same product. Sharper point of view.
